Shipping Policy

All orders are sent within 48 hours and in most cases, the next working day if the order is received before 4pm Monday to Friday.

We deliver worldwide. Please email for delivery charges outside of the UK.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are happy to provide a refund provided that the original product is returned to us unused and not damaged within 7 days of purchased. Items being returned should be sent in their original packaging.

 

Please note that we are unable to refund postage charges

Refunds will be processed via same tender as original purchase. If a credit or debit card was used for purchase, then the same card details must be provided to receive the refund.

 

Exchanges can be made however postal charges will apply.

 

For exchanges, the original products must be returned to us unused , undamaged and in the original packaging.
